Prowash is growing and is now looking for a Service Technician based in Uppsala!

About the Role

As a Service Technician at Prowash, you will operate from your home with a fully equipped service vehicle, working on-site at customer locations to provide service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for car wash facilities. You are responsible for ensuring that Prowash's customers receive a safe, reliable, and well-functioning facility – ideally exceeding their expectations.

The work is varied and independent, but you always have a strong team behind you.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduled service and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairs (mechanics & electrical)
• Urgent service interventions when needed
• Dialogue with customers and suggestions for facility improvements

We are looking for someone who

• Is a team player who also enjoys personal responsibility
• Is curious, solution-oriented, and eager to develop technically
• Is structured and professional in customer contact

We prefer that you have:

• Experience in mechanics and basic electrical knowledge
• Experience as a service technician, field technician, or assembler (merit)
• The ability to read and understand technical manuals
• Swedish spoken and written
• Good English spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
